Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your premium anti-âge products. If you’re not happy with your purchase, our refined return policy ensures a seamless experience.
Return Conditions
- 15-day return window from the date of delivery
- Products must be unused, in original packaging with all labels intact
- Original delivery note or invoice must be included
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless we made an error
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons and in accordance with European regulations, we cannot accept returns on:
- Products from the Autour du Parfum collection (opened testers)
- Items from the Bases de teint and Bases lèvres collections that have been uncapped
- Perfumed candles from the BOUGIES line that have been lit
4-Step Return Process
- Return Authorization Request
Email your request to [email protected] with the following information:
Subject: Demande de retour – [Order Number]
Body: Include your full name, delivery address, phone number, order number, date of purchase, list of products with references, and optional reason for return.
- Package Preparation
Carefully pack the items with their original packaging and include:
- The invoice or order confirmation
- The return form we will send you
- Shipment

- Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return (within 5 business days):
- For refunds: Credit will be issued within 10 days to your original payment method
- For exchanges: New product will be shipped according to availability

Your refund will be processed with the same attention to detail as our premium Anti-Âge Global formulations:
